Publishing Task 3

Migration :

My final website was migrated onto InfinityFree using the plugin All-In-One WP Migration. When I got InfinityFree I downloaded WordPress and from then on I installed All-In-One-WP Migration and imported my files. When I imported my files I had my website domain and I could edit through InfinityFree. I had some issues with uploading my website as the hosting site went down and it wouldn't let me upload my files. I had to wait a couple of hours for it to finally work. I used InfinityFree hosting company as the monthly subscription was not too expensive.

Theme:

The theme I chose to use was Twenty Twenty-One. I used this theme as it didn't have anything in it and I was able to add my own things. I changed the colour of the website, and the text, added a personal logo.

Plugins:

1)I used All-In-One WP Migration to export and import my site. 

2)I used code snippets to add code into my website.

3)I used Envira gallery to add a gallery that shows all of the food recipes. 

4)Site Reviews to show comments under the posts and to add star reviews. 

5)I used Recipe Maker to make my recipes and I also added images and videos into the recipe maker

6)Forms to create a subscription option for a newsletter. 

Code Snippets: 

1)I used a code snippet to remove the search bar from my site.

2)I used a code snippet to make minimum comments on my website to be 2 and maximium comments lenght to be 100.

3)I disabled the search widget.

4) I added a code snippet that allows you to add another user and I added a new username with password into that.

5) I removed wordpress version with a code snippet.
